Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in monday.com to join our Consulting team at Wikky.
If you are a fast learner, experienced in systems integrations, and have a passion for optimizing workflow architectures, read on! The ideal applicant is well-versed in using monday.com to facilitate complex project management, especially in implementing and customizing the platform to meet diverse client needs. You should be able to handle multiple priorities, translate customer requirements into actionable plans, and align customer needs with our developers.

About the Role
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, translate those into actionable plans for our development team, and advise on optimal workflow architecture using monday.com.
- Identify and counsel on risks while providing practical guidance and risk mitigation strategies for new or existing projects and implementations.
- Collaborate with our developers and other team members to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Monitor developments in industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to monday.com, systems integrations, and project management.
- Work closely with the team on customer engagement, project planning, and coordination.
- Provide general support within the company as required for all aspects related to monday.com, including troubleshooting, customization, and training.
Your Experience & Skills
- A seasoned project manager with 5-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consultancy environment or technology company.
- A passion for technology and ability to understand system integrations, technical aspects, and business goals.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, ability to easily adapt to dynamic conditions, and work under deadline pressure.
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities, collaborate well with others, and possess a can-do attitude.
- Proven experience working with monday.com on implementations, integrations, and ongoing consultations.
- Proven experience in drafting, planning, and managing projects.
- Certification with monday.com preferred.
- Excellent judgment, team-player with outstanding attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated with exceptionally strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work in cross-functional collaborations.
- Ability to speak and write English fluently.
