Sales Person
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Salesperson to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and promoting our services within the Costa Rican market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through online channels, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and update sales activities in CRM tools to track progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the consulting and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation abilities, with a knack for engaging clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (experience with Monday.com is a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing time independently.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SaaS products and solutions.
- Basic knowledge of Monday.com features and functionality.
- Understanding of Costa Rican market dynamics.
